Mark and I watched Miss Zombie. Really dark and brutal... an ugly vision of humanity, and grotesque in ways I did not expect. Still, a pretty badass movie with lots of unexpected cinematography. Would recommend.

First horror movie of the season: Black Sunday, aka The Mask of Satan. Awesome! 200 years after she is burned at the stake, local witch comes back to wreak her vengeance! Hold tight to your crucifixes!
From Dusk til Dawn (1996)
Horror movie 2 of Halloween season - From Dusk til Dawn. Standard gangster hijinks and then shit got weird. Like, Dead Alive weird.
The House of the Devil (2009)
The House of the Devil, horror movie 4 of this season, was AMAZING!!! so suspenseful and really artistic filmography... Plus, 1980z...
